The evaluation of business performance is always a current topic, which enables the confirmation that resources are acquired and utilized effectively and efficiently. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of performance metrics of a sample of manufacturing firms in the city of Bejaia, which are defined by three principles: competitiveness, profitability, and productivity. In order to accomplish this, we have created two questionnaires: the first seeks to identify every indicator that affects a company's performance, while the second is designed using the "MACTOR" model to ascertain how performance indicators like profitability, productivity, and competitiveness affect these companies' performance. Through graph and local plan analysis, we were able to determine how the profitability, productivity, and competitiveness metrics affected the companies' performance.
