الملخص يتناول هذا البحث خطر تدهور التربة الزراعية في مدينة روصو باعتباره أحد أبرز المخاطر البيئية التي تهدد التنمية الزراعية والاستقرار البيئي في المنطقة. ويهدف البحث إلى تشخيص مظاهر التدهور وتحليل عوامله الطبيعية والبشرية، إضافة إلى انعكاساته البيئية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية على الزراعة والأمن الغذائي المحلي. واعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتشخيص مظاهر تدهور التربة الكمي والنوعي، انطلاقا من بيانات فيزيو كيمائية ميدانية، وتحليل العوامل التي أفرزته. وخلص البحث إلى ضرورة اعتماد مقاربة وقائية وتدبيرية مستدامة، تقوم على تحسين أساليب الري، ومكافحة التملح، وتفعيل دور التخطيط الترابي، بما يساهم في الحد من مخاطر تدهور التربة، وضمان استدامة الموارد الزراعية في مدينة روصو. ويوصي البحث بإرساء استراتيجية متكاملة لإدارة التربة الزراعية في مدينة روصو تقوم على تحسين نظم الري والصرف الزراعي والحد من التملح وتعزيز الارشاد الزراعي والوعي البيئي وتشجيع الزراعة المستدامة، إضافة إلى تعزيز الشراكة بين الدولة والمزارعين والمنظمات المحلية... Abstract This study addresses the risk of agricultural soil degradation in the city of Rosso as one of the most prominent environmental hazards threatening agricultural development and environmental stability in the area. The research aims to diagnose the manifestations of soil degradation and analyze its natural and human factors, in addition to examining its environmental, economic, and social impacts on agriculture and local food security. The study adopts a descriptive–analytical approach to identify the quantitative and qualitative manifestations of soil degradation, based on field physico-chemical data, and to analyze the factors that have led to its emergence. The research concludes by emphasizing the necessity of adopting a preventive and sustainable management approach, based on improving irrigation methods, combating salinization, and activating the role of spatial planning, in order to reduce the risks of soil degradation and ensure the sustainability of agricultural resources in the city of Rosso. The study recommends the establishment of an integrated strategy for the management of agricultural soils in the city of Rosso, based on improving irrigation and agricultural drainage systems, reducing salinization, strengthening agricultural extension services and environmental awareness, and promoting sustainable agriculture, in addition to enhancing partnerships between the state, farmers, and local organizations.
