Business Incubators As A Functional Mechanism For Accompanying And Transforming Innovation Into Startup Enterprises

Résumé

Abstract: Startups represent one of the most prominent contemporary economic stakes, attracting increasing attention from numerous countries worldwide due to their role in stimulating the economy and strengthening development pathways. In this context, Algeria has adopted mechanisms aimed at promoting the national economy through supporting innovation and encouraging entrepreneurial initiatives. University business incubators have emerged as one of the institutional mechanisms supporting creative student projects by providing entrepreneurial accompaniment and linking scientific research to the economic environment. This study aims to highlight the functional role of business incubators in supporting, accompanying, and actualizing innovative projects for startups, while shedding light on the main challenges associated with their establishment and proposing mechanisms to enhance their economic effectiveness. Résumé : Les startups représentent l’un des enjeux économiques contemporains les plus importants, suscitant un intérêt croissant de la part de nombreux pays à travers le monde en raison de leur rôle dans la stimulation de l’économie et le renforcement des dynamiques de développement. Dans ce contexte, l’Algérie a adopté plusieurs mécanismes visant à promouvoir l’économie nationale en soutenant l’innovation et en encourageant les initiatives entrepreneuriales. Les incubateurs universitaires d’entreprises se sont ainsi imposés comme l’un des mécanismes institutionnels de soutien aux projets créatifs des étudiants, en assurant un accompagnement entrepreneurial et en reliant la recherche scientifique au milieu économique. Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle fonctionnel des incubateurs d’entreprises dans le soutien, l’accompagnement et la concrétisation des projets innovants des startups, tout en mettant en lumière les principaux défis liés à leur mise en place et en proposant des mécanismes susceptibles de renforcer leur efficacité économique. Mots clés : Accompagnement entrepreneurial, Entreprise économique, Incubateurs d’entreprises, Startup. الملخص: تُعدّ المؤسسة الناشئة من أبرز الرهانات الاقتصادية المعاصرة التي حظيت باهتمام متزايد من قبل العديد من دول العالم، نظرًا لدورها في تنشيط الاقتصاد وتعزيز مسارات التنمية. وفي هذا السياق، انتهجت الجزائر آليات تهدف إلى ترقية الاقتصاد الوطني عبر دعم الابتكار وتشجيع المبادرات المقاولاتية، حيث برزت حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية كإحدى الآليات المؤسسية الداعمة للمشاريع الإبداعية للطلبة الجامعيين، من خلال توفير المرافقة المقاولاتية وربط البحث العلمي بالمحيط الاقتصادي. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الوظيفي لحاضنات الأعمال في دعم ومرافقة وتجسيد المشاريع الابتكارية للمؤسسات الناشئة، مع تسليط الضوء على أبرز التحديات المرتبطة بإنشائها، واقتراح آليات من شأنها تعزيز فعاليتها الاقتصادية. الكلمات المفتاحية: حاضنات الأعمال، المؤسسة الناشئة،المرافقة المقاولاتية، مؤسسة اقتصادية.
