Résumé
سأتناول في هذا المقال إحدى أهم القضايا المرتبطة بتاريخ الدولة العثمانية ، وهي المسألة الشرقية ،حيث سعت القوى الأوربية إلى تحجيم الوجود العثماني و التدخل في شؤونها الداخلية تمهيدا لاقتسام أملاكها ، وهذا ما سأحاول معالجته من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية الموسومة ب :المسألة الشرقية وأثرها على الدولة العثمانية بين القرنين الثامن عشر والعشرين ،ولتحليل هذا الموضوع طرحنا الإشكالية المحورية التالية :كيف ساهمت المسألة الشرقية في إضعاف الدولة العثمانية خلال القرنين الثامن عشر والتاسع عشر وانهيارها مطلع القرن العشرين ؟ وتستدعي هذه الإشكالية طرح تساؤلات فرعية منها: كيف ظهرت المسألة الشرقية ؟ ما طبيعة العلاقات والأطماع الأوربية في الدولة العثمانية ؟ما هي أبرز أزمات المسألة الشرقية ونتائجها ؟ كيف ساهمت العوامل الداخلية في سقوط الخلافة العثمانية ؟، واعتمدت في دراسة هذا الموضوع على خطة تضمنت في خطوطها العريضة الإشارة إلى ضعف الدولة العثمانية وظهور المسألة الشرقية ،لأنتقل لبحث أهم الأزمات التي أفرزتها ونتائجها ، لأختم بالتطرق للعوامل الداخلية التي سرعت من سقوط الخلافة العثمانية بعد الحرب العالمية الأولى.In this article, I will address one of the most important issues related to the history of the Ottoman Empire, which is the Eastern Question, as the European powers sought to limit the Ottoman presence and interfere in its internal affairs in preparation for dividing its property. This is what I will try to address through this scientific paper entitled: The Eastern Question and its Impact on the Ottoman Empire between the Eighteenth and Twentieth Centuries. To analyze this topic, we raised the following central problem:How did the Eastern Question contribute to the weakening of the Ottoman Empire during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries and its collapse at the beginning of the twentieth century? This problem requires raising sub-questions, including: How did the Eastern Question emerge? What was the nature of European relations and ambitions in the Ottoman Empire?What are the most prominent crises of the Eastern Question and their results? How did internal factors contribute to the fall of the Ottoman Caliphate? In studying this topic, I relied on a plan that included in its broad outlines a reference to the weakness of the Ottoman Empire. and the emergence of the Eastern Question, so that I could move on to discuss the most important crises that resulted from it and their results, to conclude by addressing the internal factors that accelerated the fall of the Ottoman Caliphate after World War I.
