الوعي المهني وعلاقته بالمساندة الاجتماعية لمدراء المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية

Résumé
جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبحث في العلاقة بين الوعي المهني والمساندة الاجتماعية لدى مدراء المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية، بهدف الكشف عن مستوى كل من المتغيرين وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بينهما، بما يسهم في تطوير الأداء الإداري والتربوي داخل المدرسة وتحقيق بيئة مهنية تسودها المودة والتعاون والدعم المتبادل, ومن هنا تتحدد مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الرئيس الآتي: ما العلاقة بين الوعي المهني والمساندة الاجتماعية لدى مدراء المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية؟, الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الوعي المهني والمساندة الاجتماعية لدى مدراء المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية. استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأساليب الدراسات المسحية والعلاقات الارتباطية وذلك لملائمتها مشكلة الدراسة, واختار الباحث عينة من هذا المجتمع بعدد(60) مديرا وبنسبة مئوية مقدارها(54,54)، فضلا عن مدرسي التربية الرياضة في المدارس ذاتها للعام الدراسي(2025-2026) والبالغ عددهم (125) واختار الباحث عينة من هذا المجتمع والبالغ عددهم(70) مدرسا وبنسبة مئوية مقدارها(56%), موزعين على(60) مدرسة, واهم الاستنتاجات من خلال وجود علاقة ارتباط جيدة بين الوعي المهني والمساندة الاجتماعية يتبين ان مدراء المدارس على امكانية عالية من الوعي المهني وهذا من الممكن ان ينعكس على الاداء الاداري مما يؤدي الى تحقيق نتائج افضل في قيادة المدرسة ,واهم التوصيات التأكيد على تقديم المساندة الاجتماعية لمدير المدرسة من قبل المحيطين به ليقوم بمهامه الإدارية على أكمل وجه. This study came to investigate the relationship between professional awareness and social support among secondary school principals from the perspective of physical education teachers, with the aim of revealing the level of each of the variables and determining the nature of the relationship between them, in order to contribute to developing administrative and educational performance within the school and achieving a professional environment characterized by affection, cooperation and mutual support. Hence, the research problem is defined in the following main question: What is the relationship between professional awareness and social support among secondary school principals from the perspective of physical education teachers? To reveal the nature of the correlational relationship between professional awareness and social support among secondary school principals from the perspective of physical education teachers. The researcher employed a descriptive methodology using survey and correlational studies, as these methods were best suited to the study problem. The researcher selected a sample of 60 school principals (54.54%) from this population, in addition to 125 physical education teachers from the same schools for the 2025-2026 academic year. From this sample, the researcher selected 70 teachers (56%), distributed across 60 schools. The most important conclusion is the strong correlation between professional awareness and social support, indicating that school principals possess a high level of professional awareness. This can positively impact administrative performance, leading to better school leadership. The most important recommendation is to emphasize the importance of providing social support to school principals from those around them to enable them to perform their administrative duties effectively.
