تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أثر اللعب التفاعلي في تنمية الرصيد اللغوي لدى أطفال متلازمة داون في المرحلة العمرية من 06إلى 10 سنوات و الذي يقدر عددهم بست(06) حالات من كلا الجنسين. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي من خلال تطبيق برنامج لعب تفاعلي لمدة ثمانية أسابيع .وتم استخدام اختبار ElO لقياس التغيرات اللغوية قبل وبعد التدخل .أظهرت النتائج تحسنا ملحوظا في القدرات اللغوية خاصة في مفردات التسمية والمبادرة الكلامية وكذا فهم التعليمات .وهي توافق نتائج بعض الدراسات السابقة التي اكدت فعالية هذا النوع من اللعب الموجه في تعزيز النمو اللغوي .وأوصت الدراسة بدمج أساليب اللعب التفاعلي في البرامج التربوية والعلاجية الموجه لأطفال متلازمة داون. This study investigates the impact of interactive play program on lexical development in children with Down syndrome.The intervention lasted eight weeks and was based on structured social –play activities designed to enhance vocabulary acquisition ,naming abilities verbal initiative and receptive language .A quasi-experimental pre and post design was used .Results show significant improvements in expressive and receptive vocabulary increased verbal initiative and better understanding of mujti-step instuctions findings highlighting the role of interactive play in creating rich linguistic input that promotes communication developement .The study recommends integrating interactive play stategies into educational and therapeutic programs.
