This article analyzes how digital transformation affects decision-making and organizational performance in Algerian companies. Using a mixed-methods approach with a literature review and a study of 120 managers, it identifies key drivers and success factors of digitalization. The findings show digital transformation boosts real-time information access, decision quality (via big data and AI), and collaboration, explaining 55% of the variance in decision performance. However, success requires leadership commitment, employee digital skills, and a culture of innovation. The study highlights that digital transformation, beyond tools, entails significant changes in processes, management, and corporate culture to achieve lasting impact.
