ملخص: تعالج الدراسة موضوع المصادر التنظيمية لضغوط العمل بمكتبات المطالعة العمومية الجزائرية، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى فهم طبيعة الضغط المهني وتحديد مصادر ه داخل بيئة عمل المكتبات، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة من المكتبيين بالمكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية بولاية تبسة باستخدام أسلوب العينة القصدية؛ خلصت الدراسة إلى أن غموض الدور، كثافة الأنشطة، وضعف المشاركة في القرار هي أبرز مصادر الضغوط في المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية لولاية تبسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: ضغوط العمل؛ مصادر تنظيمية لضغط العمل؛ مكتبة المطالعة العمومية تبسة؛ الجزائر. *** Abstract: The study addresses the organizational sources of work stress in Algerian public reading libraries. The study aimed to understand the nature of occupational stress and identify its sources within the library work environment. The study was applied to a sample of librarians in the main public reading library in Wilaya of Tebessa using the purposive sampling method. The study concluded that role ambiguity, activity intensity, and weak participation in decision-making are the most prominent sources of stress in the main public reading library of Wilaya of Tebessa.
