ملخص : جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية بهدف البحث عن ميكانيزمات الصراع النسوي في الوسط المدرسي، كون الصراع ينشأ أساسا من المكانة التي يعطيها الفاعلين الاجتماعيين للعمل، انطلاقا من قيمهم الشخصية ومن وطبيعة الأنساق والأنظمة الاجتماعية ودور النسويين داخله. لتخلص هذه الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن العمل النسوي في الوسط المدرسي يسعى إلى تحقيق معادلة العلاقة ما بين فكرة الصراع والتغير في النظام نفسه. وهذا من خلال فرض إرادتها في المواقع المستغلة، سواء بالضغوط والهيمنة أو بالتهديد، ومقاومة الآخرين عن طريق النسق القانوني تارة والمعايير الشبه قانونية- العادات- تارة أخرى، إلى جانب السعي لمواقع السيطرة الوظيفية، ونضالها حول إمكانية كسبها قوة تسمح لها باستمراريتها وأحقيتها في ذلك. Abstract: This research paper came with the aim of searching for the mechanisms of feminist conflict in the school environment, as the conflict arises mainly from the position that social actors give to work, based on their personal values and the nature of social systems and systems and the role of feminists within it. Finally, this study concludes that feminist work in the school environment seeks to achieve an equation of the relationship between the idea of conflict and change in the system itself. This is through imposing its will on the exploited sites, whether by pressure, domination or threat, and resisting others through the legal system at times and semi-legal standards - customs - at other times, In addition to the pursuit of positions of functional control, and its struggle over the possibility of gaining power that would allow it to continue and its right to do so.
