تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تحليل دور التربية الرقمية في تعزيز الاستخدام المسؤول لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي؛ حيث تؤكد على ضرورة التركيز على الأبعاد القيمية المتصلة بالتكنولوجيا الرقمية، محور هذا النقاش هو فحص المخاطر التي قد تنجم عن الاستخدام المفرط وغير المقصود لهذه التقنيات، إضافة إلى استعراض التحديات القيمية والنفسية التي قد تواجهها المجتمعات بسبب الاستخدام غير المسؤول للتكنولوجيا، تعتمد الباحثة على منهجية تحليلية لاستكشاف تعقيدات هذا الموضوع، من خلال مراجعة تفصيلية للأطر العلمية والاستخدام الفعلي لهذه التكنولوجيات. تشير نتائج الورقة إلى أن التربية الرقمية ليست فقط وسيلة لتعليم التعامل مع التكنولوجيا، بل أداة لتعزيز القيم في العصر الرقمي؛ وعليه يجب تبني استراتيجيات تربوية فعالة لمساعدة الشباب على استخدام منصات التواصل الاجتماعي بطرق مسؤولة ومتوازنة. This paper examines the role of digital education in promoting the responsible use of social media platforms, highlighting the importance of integrating value-based dimensions into digital practices. It explores the potential risks associated with excessive or unintended use of technology, alongside the ethical and psychological challenges that may affect individuals and societies. Using an analytical approach, the study reviews relevant theoretical frameworks and real-world applications. Findings suggest that digital education is not only about teaching technical skills but also about cultivating values essential for digital citizenship. The paper concludes by emphasizing the need for effective educational strategies to support young people in engaging with social media in a balanced and responsible manner.
