دور إدارة المعرفة في تنمية رأس المال الفكري دراسة حالة المركز الجامعي الشريف بوشوشة أفلو

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز رأس المال الفكري بالمركز الجامعي آفلو. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية شملت عينة من 50 موظفاً أساتذة وإداريون، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج لوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، كما تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان كوسيلة أساسية في جمع المعلومات، حيث صمم لقياس أبعاد إدارة المعرفة (توليد المعرفة، تخزينها، تبادلها، وتطبيقها) وتأثيرها على مكونات رأس المال الفكري (البشري، الهيكلي، والعلاقاتي). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط إيجابي وذو دلالة إحصائية بين معظم أبعاد إدارة المعرفة (التخزين، التبادل، والتطبيق) ومستوى نمو رأس المال الفكري لدى الموظفين، ولم تظهر النتائج أي علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توليد المعرفة وتنمية رأس المال الفكري، وبناء على هذه النتائج توصي الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل أنظمة إدارة المعرفة في البيئة الجامعية، واعتماد استراتيجية مؤسسية لترسيخ هذه الثقافة، كما تؤكد على أهمية إنشاء إدارة متخصصة في استثمار رأس المال الفكري للاستفادة من الأصول غير الملموسة. This study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management in enhancing intellectual capital at the university center of Aflo. To achieve the study's objectives, a field study was conducted that included a sample of 50 employees, both faculty and administrative staff. The descriptive and analytical methods were relied upon, and a questionnaire was used as the primary tool for collecting information, designed to measure the dimensions of knowledge management (knowledge generation, storage, exchange, and application) and its impact on the components of intellectual capital (human, structural, and relational). The study found a positive and statistically significant correlation between most dimensions of knowledge management (storage, exchange, and application) and the level of growth of intellectual capital among employees. The results did not show any statistically significant relationship between knowledge generation and the development of intellectual capital. Based on these findings, the study recommends the activation of knowledge management systems in the university environment and the adoption of a corporate strategy to establish this culture. It also emphasizes the importance of creating a specialized management team to invest in intellectual capital to benefit from intangible assets.
