ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة مرحلة هامة من تاريخ الاستعمار الفرنسي في الجزائر في إطار المشروع الإدماجي الذي ظهر مع قيام الجمهورية الفرنسية الثانية 1848م، ثم واصلته الجمهورية الفرنسية الثالثة 1870م، حيث ظهرت النوايا الفرنسية الحقيقية في نظرتها للجزائر ومستقبلها كجوهرة لمستعمراتها في الحوض الجنوبي للبحر الأبيض المتوسط، ورغبتها الملحّة في تحويلها إلى نموذج ناجح لسياسة الإدماج والتماثل بين المستعمرة والوطن الأم، وسنحاول خلال دراستنا إبراز نقاطع التقاطع والاختلاف بين الجمهوريتين في سعيهما للإدماج سياسيا (النظام الإداري)، واجتماعيا (الاستيطان)، وثقافيا (السياسة التعليمية). بالتعرف على التشريعات والإجراءات التي قامت بها سلطة الاحتلال في هذا الباع، ثم تقييم مدى نجاح المشروع الإدماجي الفرنسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجمهورية الفرنسية الثانية، الجمهورية الفرنسية الثالثة، الإدماج، الاستيطان، السياسة التعليمية.... Abstract: This research paper aims to study an important stage in the history of French colonialism in Algeria within the framework of the integrative project that appeared with the establishment of the second French Republic 1848 AD, then the third French Republic continued it 1870 AD, where the real French intentions appeared in its view of Algeria and its future as a jewel for its colonies in the southern basin of the Mediterranean, and its urgent desire to turn it into a successful model of the integration policy and symmetry between the colonial The motherland, and during our study, we will try to highlight the intersection and differences between the two republics in their pursuit of political integration (administrative system), social (settlement), and culturally (educational policy).
