إدارة الأزمات في عصر التغير المناخي_ حالة حرائق الغابات في كاليفورنيا_

Résumé

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاستراتيجيات المعتمدة لإدارة الأزمات الناجمة عن التغير المناخي بالتركيز على مفهوم إدارة الأزمات وأهميته ومراحله، وإلقاء الضوء على التغير المناخي وتداعياته، وذلك باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ودراسة حالة خاصة بحرائق كاليفورنيا مطلع سنة 2025 لتوضيح أوجه النجاح والإخفاق في التعامل مع هذه الأزمة. وقد أظهرت الدراسة نجاح السلطات الأمريكية في تقليل الخسائر البشرية إلا أنها أخفقت في عدة مجالات كالوقاية والاستجابة. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة بذل جهود تنسيقية وطنية ودولية لمواجهة مخاطر تغير المناخ والتقليل من الأزمات البيئية. This study aimed to identify the strategies adopted to manage crises resulting from climate change It focused on the concept of crisis management, its importance and stages, and a detailed examination on climate change and its repercussions . This was done by adopting the descriptive analytical approach and a case study of the California wildfires in early 2025 to clarify the aspects of success and failure in dealing with this crisis. The study demonstrated the success of US authorities in reducing human losses but failed in several areas, such as prevention and response. The study also recommended the need for coordinated national and international efforts to confront the risks of climate change and mitigate environmental crises.
