Résumé
الملخص: تلعب قطر دوراً محورياً في العديد من القضايا المهمة والحساسة على الساحة الاقليمية والعالمية، مما سلط الضوء على القدرات التي تمتلكها التي اجتازت من خلالها كل التصورات الجغرافية المتعلقة بالمساحة والديموغرافيا، فضلاُ عن ترجمتها للعوامل الاساسية التي تم توظيفها في خدمة سياستها الخارجية وتدعيم مكانتها الاقليمية والدولية، بالمحصلة جاءت التحركات ضمن فكرة اتباع دور الوسيط في العديد من القضايا الشائكة والمعقدة لتُعطي دفعة كبيرة للدبلوماسية القطرية وجعلها محور الاهتمام، بالتالي فإن المُتتبع لدور قطر الخارجي يرى انها تلك مسارات مختلفة عن تلك القوى الاقليمية الكبيرة في المساحة والقدرات لا بل هي اليوم تعد من المحركات الاساسية في النظام الاقليمي الرسمي وغير الرسمي، فهي بسياستها هذه عابرة للهويات والايديولوجيات من خلال السير وفق دمج الغايات بالوسائل بالأهداف. Abstract Qatar plays a pivotal role in many important and sensitive issues on the regional and global scene, which highlights the capabilities it possesses through which it has overcome all geographical perceptions related to space and demographics, in addition to its translation of the basic factors that have been employed in serving its foreign policy and strengthening its regional and international standing, In conclusion, the moves came within the idea of adopting the role of mediator in many thorny and complex issues, to give a major boost to Qatari diplomacy and make it the focus of attention. Therefore, those who follow Qatar's external role see that these are paths that differ from those of the large regional powers in terms of area and capabilities, Rather, today it is considered one of the main drivers in the official and unofficial regional system. With this policy, it transcends identities and ideologies by proceeding in accordance with the integration of ends, means, and objectives.
