نحو تحقيق الاستدامة من خلال المدن الذكية – مدينة أبو ظبي أنموذجا

Résumé

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على دور المدن الذكية في تحقيق الاستدامة في مدن العالم، مثل مدينة أبو ظبي، حيث تساهم المدن الذكية في دفع عجلة الاستدامة، وذلك في ضوء الأهداف العالمية للتنمية المستدامة ورؤية الإمارات العربية المتحدة لسنة 2030. حيث سنسلط الضوء على الجهود المبذولة من قبل مدينة أبو ظبي لتقديم حلول مبتكرة في مجالات كفاءة الطاقة، الطاقة الذكية، التنقل الذكي، ترشيد استهلاك الماء بذكاء، وكذلك تحديد العوامل الداعمة لنجاح هذه الجهود. كما نسعى إلى فهم أعمق لمفهوم الاستدامة في المدن الذكية، واقتراح توصيات عملية يمكن للمدن الجزائرية الاستفادة منها لتعزيز مساهمتها في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. This research paper aims to explore the role of smart cities in achieving sustainability in cities around the world, such as Abu Dhabi. Smart cities contribute to advancing sustainability, in light of the global sustainable development goals and the UAE Vision 2030. We will highlight Abu Dhabi's efforts to provide innovative solutions in the areas of energy efficiency, smart energy, smart mobility, and intelligent water conservation, as well as identify the factors that support the success of these efforts. We also seek to gain a deeper understanding of the concept of sustainability in smart cities and propose practical recommendations that Algerian cities can benefit from to enhance their contribution to achieving the sustainable development goals.
