الملخص هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى كشف العلاقة بين البيئة الجامعية بجميع عناصرها والنشاطات الطلابية كونهم محور عملية التعليم-التعلم، وخصوصا منهم فئة الطلاب الذين يبدون تميزا عن أقرانهم العاديين ويحاولون تحقيق النجاح والتفوق في تحصيلهم الدراسي، ويحاولون في الوقت ذاته تجاوز هذه المنفعة العلمية إلى ما أعلى منها درجة من خلال إبرازهم لقدرات عقلية واستعدادات نفسية وطاقات جسدية تمكنهم من ولوج عالم الإبداع والابتكار كلما توفرت أمامهم عوامل مغذية مساعدة في بيئة تعليمية ملائمة. ومن ثم فان دراستنا حاولت تسليط الضوء على مسألة وجود إبداع طلابي بجامعاتنا من عدمه ومن جهة ثانية سعت إلى معرفة ما إذا كان إبداع طلابنا راجع إلى واقع خلفياتهم الأسرية أو إلى مساراتهم التعليمية في مراحل ما قبل الجامعي وفي الجامعة، من خلال محاولة تحديدنا لأهم الشروط والعوامل المساعدة على بلوغ درجا ت الإبداع وكذا آليات رعاية المبدعين، وقد خلصت إلى وجود مبادرات إبداعية لدى الطلاب، وإن إمكانية تجسيدها يتطلب تشابكا وتكاملا بين العوامل الذاتية الموروثة والعوامل البيئية التي توفرها الجامعة. Summary: This research paper aimed to reveal the relationship between the university environment with all its elements and student activities, as they are the focus of the teaching-learning process, especially the category of students who show distinction from their ordinary peers and try to achieve success and excellence in their academic achievement, and at the same time try to go beyond this scientific benefit to a higher degree by highlighting mental abilities, psychological readiness and physical energies that enable them to enter the world of creativity and innovation whenever there are supporting nurturing factors available to them in a suitable educational environment. Therefore, our study sought to shed light on the question of whether student creativity exists in our universities. Furthermore, it aimed to determine whether our students' creativity stems from their family backgrounds or their educational paths in pre-university and university settings. This was achieved by identifying the most important conditions and factors that contribute to achieving levels of creativity, as well as mechanisms for nurturing creative individuals. The study concluded that creative initiatives do exist among students, but their realization requires a complex interplay between inherited personal factors and the environmental factors provided by the university..
