الملخص: نهدف من خلال دراستنا لموضوع رقمنة قطاع الثروة العقارية إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على القيمة العملية لنهج الرقمنة، ومتطلبات تجسيدها، وأهدافها، وبيان انعكاساتها الإيجابية في بلوغ عصرنة مرفق العقار، فضلا عن الدور الفاعل الذي تلعبه في إحداث التطوير الإداري، والاجتماعي وكذا الاقتصادي، بما في ذلك جذب الاستثمارات المحلية و الأجنبية في ظل تحقق مبدأ الأمن القانوني العقاري التعاقدي، علاوة على أنها النهج المثالي التي ترتكز عليه الدولة في إرساء معالم إدارة عقار ذكية، وبلوغ الحكمانية الرشيدة القائمة على تحقق الشفافية الإدارية، وتفعيل مبدأ المساءلة، واشراك الشريك الاجتماعي في عملية اتخاذ القرارات البناءة لتسير قطاع أضحى ركيزة لتحقيق التنمية بأبعادها المختلفة. Abstract: Through our study of the issue of digitization of the real estate wealth sector, we aim to try to shed light on the practical value of the digitization approach, the requirements for its embodiment, its objectives, and to demonstrate its positive repercussions in achieving modernization of the real estate facility, as well as the effective role it plays in bringing about administrative development, Social, as well as economic, including attracting local and foreign investments in light of achieving the principle of contractual real estate legal security. In addition, it is the ideal approach upon which the state relies in establishing the features of smart real estate management, achieving good governance based on achieving administrative transparency, and activating the principle of accountability. Involving the social partner in the process of making constructive decisions to manage a sector that has become a pillar for achieving development in its various dimensions.
