Résumé

لملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تناول ميدان من ميادين التربية الخاصة، والذي حظي باهتمام الباحثين والمختصين وعلماء النفس والتربية منذ القدم في الدول الغربية، حيث أظهرت الدولة اليونانية منذ ألف سنة الاهتمام بهذا الميدان وهذا ما أعلنه أفلاطون، أما الدول العربية فكان هذا الميدان مهمشا ولم يلقى اهتماما إلا في وقت متأخر، حيث يعرف هذا الميدان بميدان الموهوبين والمتفوقين، والذين يعتبرون ثروة بشرية يمكن الاستثمار فيها لخدمة المجتمع، وذلك برعاتهم والاهتمام بهم من خلال الوعي بقدراتهم والاهتمام بحاجاتهم وتقديم الدعم لهم والوعي بالصعوبات والعراقيل والتحديات التي تواجههم من جميع المحيطين بهم من أسرة ومدرسة ومجتمع، وذلك من خلال الكشف المبكر عنهم وتمييزهم من بين إخوانهم في الأسر أو من بين أقرانهم في المدارس، لما لهم من خصائص و مميزات يتفوقون بها عنهم. The study aims to address one of the fields of special education, which has garnered the attention of researchers specialists, psychologists, and educators since ancient times in western countries. This interest has been evident since the days of the Greek philosophers, such as Plato. However, in Arab countries, this field was given attention much later. This field, known as gifted education, focuses on identifying talented and creative individuals who are considered a valuable resource for servicing Society This is done by caring for them and enhancing their abilities through awareness and addressing the difficulties, obstacles, and challenges they face from their surroundings, whether it be family, school, or society .Early identification of them from their peers at home or school allows for the recognition of their traits and talents which sets them apart.
