مراعاة معايير الجودة في كتابة مذكرة التخرج

Résumé

ملخص: البحث العلمي هو الحجر الأساسي لتقدم الحضارات والدول والمجتمعات وهو السمة البارزة في العصر الحديث، وتعتبر الجامعة هي المكان الطبيعي له، فهو جزء رئيسي من وظائفها. لذلك أصبحت البحوث العلمية على مستوى الجامعة ومخرجاتها من رسائل ومذكرات تشكل مطلبا أساسيا للتميز والارتقاء والتطور ومدعاة لتحقيق الجودة والمنافسة العلمية الشريفة لتحقيق الإبداع والتطور، حتى تشكل أرضية صلبة لمشاريع تخدم النظام القانوني القائم وتحقق المصلحة العامة للمجتمع والأفراد وبالتالي تحقق التنمية. هذا ما يجعل من جودة البحث العلمي عموما وجودة إعداد مذكرات التخرج خصوصا مؤشرا حقيقيا لتقدم الدول والمجتمعات فهي السمة البارزة للدول المتقدمة وجامعاتها. لذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان معايير جودة كتابة مذكرة التخرج سواء من حيث جودة أدواتها أو من حيث جودة تحريرها، للوصول إلى تحقيق المصلحة العامة المنشودة. وبالرغم من التحدي الذي رفعته الجامعات الجزائرية في هذا المجال فإنه لا يزال المشوار مستمرا للقضاء على العراقيل التي قد تعترضها. Abstrac: Scientific research is the cornerstone of the progress of civilizations, countries and societies and is the prominent feature of the modern era. The university is considered the natural place for it, as it is a major part of its functions. Therefore, scientific research at the university level and its outputs, such as dissertations and theses, have become a basic requirement for excellence, advancement and development, and a reason for achieving quality and fair scientific competition to achieve creativity and development, in order to form a solid ground for projects that serve the existing legal system and achieve the general interest of society and individuals, and thus achieve development. This is what makes the quality of scientific research in general and the quality of the preparation of graduation theses in particular a real indicator of the progress of countries and societies, as it is a prominent feature of developed countries and their universities. Therefore, the study aimed to clarify the quality standards for writing the graduation thesis, whether in terms of the quality of its tools or in terms of the quality of its editing, to achieve the desired public interest. Despite the challenge raised by Algerian universities in this field, the journey is still ongoing to eliminate the obstacles they may encounter.
