حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية كآلية لتعزيز ريادة الأعمال في الجزائر "حاضنة الأعمال لجامعة أم البواقي أنموذجا"

Résumé

ملخص: أخذ الاهتمام بريادة الأعمال يتزايد يوما بعد يوم إدراكا لدورها في الاقتصاد على المستوى العالمي. والجزائر كغيرها من الدول تبنت نموذجا اقتصاديا جديدا والذي يعطي الأولوية لريادة الأعمال، حيث سارعت إلى تطبيق مجموعة من الإصلاحات الاقتصادية وذلك بإقامة أجهزة حكومية وهيئات متخصصة في منح الدعم للمؤسسات الريادية والمؤسسات الناشئة ومرافقتها في جميع مراحل نشاطها لمواجهة المنافسة الشرسة وضمان استدامتها وتطورها، ومن بين هذه الهياكل نجد حاضنات الأعمال ومن بينها حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية. وعليه فإن هذه المداخلة تهدف إلى التعرف على حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في الجزائر، والتي تعد ركيزة أساسية لتحسين بيئة ريادة الأعمال داخل الجامعة، وذلك لما لها من دور بارز في تشجيع المحيط الطلابي على الاهتمام بإنشاء مشاريعهم الريادية ومؤسساتهم الناشئة، من خلال توفير هذه الحاضنات لمختلف سبل التوجيه، المتابعة والمرافقة لتحويل الأفكار المبتكرة لمشاريع فعلية على أرض الواقع. وذلك بالتطرق لحاضنة الأعمال بجامعة أم البواقي كنموذج. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن حاضنات الأعمال لجامعة أم البواقي تلعب دور هام في تعزيز الروح الريادية لدى الطلبة، إضافة لدورها البارز في دعم ومرافقة مشاريعهم الريادية في مختلف الجوانب، وذلك لضمان استمراريتها ونجاحها. الكلمات المفتاحية: ريادة الأعمال، حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية، مؤسسة ناشئة، مشروع مبتكر. Abstract: The interest in entrepreneurship is increasing day by day in recognition of its role in the economy at the global level. Algeria, like other countries, has adopted a new economic model that prioritizes entrepreneurship, as it quickly implemented a set of economic reforms by establishing government agencies and bodies specialized in granting support to entrepreneurial institutions and startups and accompanying them at all stages of their activity to face fierce competition and ensure their sustainability and development, among these structures are business incubators, including university business incubators. Therefore, this intervention aims to identify university business incubators in Algeria, which are a key pillar for improving the entrepreneurial environment within the university, due to their prominent role in encouraging the student community to be interested in establishing their entrepreneurial projects and start-ups, by providing these incubators with various means of guidance, follow-up and accompaniment to transform innovative ideas into actual projects on the ground. The study examined the business incubator at the University of Oum El Bouaghi as a model. The study found that the business incubators at the University of Oum El Bouaghi play an important role in promoting the entrepreneurial spirit among students, in addition to their prominent role in supporting and accompanying their entrepreneurial projects in various aspects, in order to ensure their continuity and success.
