Résumé

تعتبر الأسرة من أهم الركائز الاجتماعية التي يحميها القانون الجزائري، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من النصوص القانونية التي تهدف إلى الحفاظ على استقرارها ورفاه أفرادها. وتتمثل الحماية القانونية للأسرة في القانون الجزائري في عدة جوانب رئيسية تشمل التنظيم القانوني للأحوال الشخصية، حقوق وواجبات الزوجين، حقوق الأطفال، وكذلك حماية حقوق المرأة والطفل بشكل خاص. ويعد قانون الأسرة الجزائري لعام 1984 من أهم التشريعات التي تهدف إلى تنظيم العلاقات الأسرية وحمايتها. حيث أرسى مجموعة من الأحكام التي تعزز حماية الأسرة من التفكك وتضمن حقوق الأفراد داخل الأسرة. وعليه جآءت دراستنا البحثية هذه لمعرفة أهم ما ورد في قانون الأسرة الجزائري لعام 1984. Abstract: The family is considered one of the most important social pillars protected by Algerian law, through a set of legal texts that aim to maintain its stability and the well-being of its members. The legal protection of the family in Algerian law is represented in several main aspects, including the legal regulation of personal status, the rights and duties of spouses, the rights of children, as well as the protection of the rights of women and children in particular. The Algerian Family Law of 1984 is one of the most important legislations that aim to regulate and protect family relations. It established a set of provisions that enhance the protection of the family from disintegration and guarantee the rights of individuals within the family. Accordingly, our research study came to know the most important provisions of the Algerian Family Law of 1984.
