العنف ضد المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري بين ثنائية الهيمنة والتسلط

Résumé

ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة من الظواهر الاجتماعية التي أثارت اهتمام الباحثين والمختصين في مختلف الميادين الاجتماعية والنفسية والقانونية... وهذا نظرا لاستفحال هذه الظاهرة حسب ما تبينه الإحصائيات سواء الرسمية منها أو غير الرسمية، حيث تبين أنها في تزايد مستمر، هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى يرجع اهتمام الباحثين حول هذا الموضوع نظرا لأهميته، حيث تعتبر المرأة عماد المجتمع ومنشئة الأجيال، فأي اضطراب يهدد استقرارها الاجتماعي والنفسي من شأنه أن ينعكس على تكوين شخصيتها، حيث ينتج عنه شخصية مضطربة غير سوية، وهذا له انعكاسات على كيفية تنشئتها لأبنائها، وما يترتب عنه من تداعيات على المجتمع ككل، ويعتبر هذا الموضوع حقلا سوسيولوجيا خصبا للدراسات الأكاديمية، قصد تشخيص هذه الظاهرة، والوقوف على مسبباتها، واقتراح حلول للحد منها. Abstract: The phenomenon of violence against women is one of the social phenomena that has aroused the interest of researchers and specialists in various social, psychological and legal fields. This is due to the escalation of this phenomenon as shown by statistics, whether official or unofficial, which show that it is constantly increasing, on the one hand, and on the other hand, the interest of researchers on this topic is due to its importance, as women are considered the pillar of society and the nurturer of generations, so any disturbance that threatens their social and psychological stability would be reflected in the formation of their personality, This topic is considered a fertile sociological field for academic studies in order to diagnose this phenomenon, identify its causes, and propose solutions to reduce it.
