الحقوقُ الاجتماعيَّةُ للمرأةِ في تفسيرِ المنار

Résumé
الملخص: يتناولُ هذا البحثُ الحقوقَ الاجتماعيَّةَ للمرأةِ في تفسيرِ المنار، وقد اشتمل على تمهيدٍ تحدَّث عن صاحب المنار وتفسيره، وثلاثةِ مباحث؛ تناولَتْ: حقوق المرأة في التكريم والتعليم والمساواة مع الرجل، وحقوقها كزوجة، إضافة لحقوقها عند الطلاق وما في معناه. وقد هدَفت الدراسة إلى بيان حقوق المرأة الاجتماعية كما جاءت في تفسير المنار، والذي يُعدّ مِن أشهَرِ التفاسير التي عنيت بالجانب الاجتماعي في العصر الحديث. وقد سار هذا البحثُ وَفق المنهجَين: الوصفيِّ والتحليليِّ، وانتهى إلى عدد من النتائج، مِن أهمها: أن تفسير المنار اهتمَّ كثيرًا بإظهار حقوق المرأة في كُلِّ أحوالها؛ وفي كل مراحلها العمرية، طفلةً، ومتزوجةً، وأمًّا. وسواءٌ ما كان لها مِن حقوق اجتماعية، أم ماليةٍ، أم سياسيةٍ، أم غيرِ ذلك. وأوصى البحثُ بمزيد من الدراساتٌ التي تكشف عن حقوق المرأة الأخرى؛ المالية، والسياسية، وغيرِها، من خلال تفسير المنار. Abstract: This research investigates women’s social rights in Al-Manar interpretation. It has included an introduction that has talked about the author of Al-Manar and his interpretation, and three chapters: These investigate women’s rights of honor, education, equality with men, and her rights as a wife, in addition to her rights in divorce etc. The study aims to clarify women's social rights as they have appeared in Al-Manar interpretation, which is one of the most famous interpretations that has dealt with the social aspect in the modern era. This research has proceeded according to two methods: Descriptive and analytical, and it has concluded with a number of results. The most important of these are: Al-Manar interpretation is very concerned about showing women’s rights in all their conditions and at all stages of their lives, whether as a child, married, or a mother, and whether they have social, financial, political, and other rights. The research has recommended further studies that reveal other women's rights such as financial, political, and others through Al-Manar interpretation.
