Résumé

الملخص مع بروز الغاز الطبيعي كمصدر من المصادر الرئيسية للطاقة في العالم وخاصة في الدول المتقدمة شهد العالم تنافس كبير وصراع على المصدر الجديد، وان هذا الصراع يشتد يوما بعد آخر، سواء بين الدول المصدرة او بين الدول المستهلكة . فاكتشافات الطاقة بشكل عام والغاز الطبيعي بشكل خاص ابرزت تحالفات دولية جديدة في المنطقة على المستوى الاقليمي والدولي وتهدف كل منها تحقيق اهداف اقتصادية وسياسية واستراتيجية خاصة تسعى من خلالها تحقيق مكتسبات لهذه القوى، وان هذا الانقسام ادى الى ابراز محاور دولية واقطاب دولية بين الدول المنتجة والمستهلكة على مستوى العالم، وتزامن ذلك مع هذا الصراع بروز الازمة الاوكرانية،والحرب الروسية الاوكرانية والمستمرة منذ اشهر وتطور هذه الازمة واحتمالية استمرارها وانعكاساتها على المستوى الدولي بالاضافة الى تاثير هذه الازمة على امداد القارة الاوربية بالطاقة والغاز الطبيعي من قبل روسيا. وبلا شك ان هذا الصراع اثر بشكل مباشر على منطقة الشرق الاوسط وشمال افريقيا باعتبارها مصدر من مصادر الطاقة على المستوى العالم وان هذه المنطقة ربما ستشهد صراع عنيف بين المحاور العالمية المتصارعة على الغاز الطبيعي ،فكل طرف من الاطراف الدولية يسعى الى السيطرة على مصادر الغاز فيها كما حصل مع بداية ظهور النفط في القرن الماضي . Abstract With the rise of natural gas as one of the world's main energy sources, particularly in developed countries, the world has witnessed significant competition and conflict over this new resource. This conflict intensifies day by day, both among exporting countries and consuming nations. The discovery of energy resources in general, and natural gas in particular, has led to the emergence of new international alliances in the region, both regionally and globally. Each of these alliances aims to achieve specific economic, political, and strategic objectives, through which they seek to secure gains for these powers. This division has highlighted international axes and poles between producing and consuming countries on a global level. Simultaneously, the Ukrainian crisis has emerged, along with the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, which has been developing over the past months. The continuation of this crisis and its potential repercussions on the international stage, along with its impact on Europe's energy and natural gas supply from Russia, are also significant concerns. Undoubtedly, this conflict has had a direct impact on the Middle East and North Africa, as these regions are key sources of global energy. This area may witness fierce conflict between global powers vying for control over natural gas resources, similar to what occurred with the advent of oil in the last century.
