تبحث هذه الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على المقاربة الجديدة للأمن الإنساني، بعد اكتساحها لساحة العلاقات الدولية بشكل متزايد، باعتبارها كأحد أهم المفاهيم الجديدة التي عرفها المجتمع الدولي المعاصر التي تهدف إلى تجسيد نظام عالمي قائم على الإنسانية أو الأنسنة الدولية، ومن هذا المنطلق، فإن الإشكالات التي ستعالجها هذه الدراسة تتمحور أساسا حول محاولة إستشراف العوامل التي ساهمت في بروز وتكريس مفهوم الأمن الإنساني في القانون الدولي، ومدى إعتبارها أدوات فعالة لتحقيق المقاربة الجديدة للأمن الإنساني أم معرقلة لها. Abstract: This study seeks to shed light on the new approach to human security, after it has increasingly swept the arena of international relations, as one of the most important new concepts known to the contemporary international community that aims to embody a global order based on humanity or international humanism. From this standpoint, the problems that This study will address them, mainly focusing on trying to explore the factors that contributed to the emergence and consolidation of the concept of human security in international law, and the extent to which they are considered effective tools for achieving the new approach to human security or obstructing it.
