التجهيز الإنفعالي وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في مركز محافظة اربيل

Résumé

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دلالة الفروق الإحصائية في التجهيز الإنفعالي و الصلابة النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال تبعاً لمتغير (سنوات الخدمة)، و تعرف على العلاقة الإرتباطية بين التجهيز الإنفعالي و الصلابة النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (200) معلمة، وتم إختيارهن بطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، و أعتمد على مقياس (سناء، 2021) يتكون من (37) فقرة لقياس (التجهيز الإنفعالي ) و مقياس (المخيمري، 2012) يتكون من (50) فقرة لقياس (الصلابة النفسية)، بعد تأكيد من توفر الخصائص السيكومترية الملائمة كانت جميع فقرات المقياسين صادقة ويتوفرن درجة مقبولة من الثبات ماعدا فقرة 49، توصل الى النتائج التالية: مستوى التجهيز الإنفعالي و الصلابة النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال متوسطة، وجود الفروق في التجهيز الإنفعالي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال تبعاً لمتغير (سنوات الخدمة) ولصالح سنوات الخدمة (5سنة وأكثر)، و في الصلابة النفسية لصالح سنوات الخدمة (1سنة إلى 2سنة)، وجود علاقة إرتباطية إيجابية بين التجهيز الإنفعالي و الصلابة النفسية . Abstract: The research includes following aims: To examine the prevalence level of Emotional Processing and Psychological Toughness, and Investigate the differences of the Emotional Processing and Psychological Toughness to variable of (duration of serves), and Examine the association between Emotional Processing and Psychological Toughness, The researcher has chosen the descriptive approach to uniform the nature of the research, The research Includes (200) female teachers, the researcher chosen stratified random method for sample of the research. The researcher adopt the scale (Sanaa, 2021) to measure (Emotional Processing) and the scale (Al-Mukhaimari, 2012) to measure (Psychological Toughness), After collecting data , the researcher reached the following results: The level of Emotional Processing and Psychological Toughness among, and There is difference in the level of Emotional Processing of kindergarten teachers in the Erbil governorate center according to the variable (duration of service) and in favor of years of service (5 years and more), and in Psychological Toughness in favor of years of service (1 year to 2 years), and There is a positive correlation between Emotional Preparation and Psychological Toughness among kindergarten teachers in the Erbil governorate.
