الشبابيك الإسلامية كآلية لتمويل القطاع الزراعي في المناطق الصحراوية في الجزائر

Résumé

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل دور الشبابيك الإسلامية في تمويل القطاع الزراعي في المناطق الصحراوية، وذلك من خلال تحديد الفرص والتحديات التي تواجه هذه الطريقة التمويلية ، وتقديم استنتاجات تطبيقية لتعزيز هذا الدور لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في هذه المناطق الحيوية في صحراء الجزائر.ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف شملت المنهجية تحليلًا شاملاً للأدبيات العلمية المتعلقة بتمويل الزراعة في المناطق الصحراوية ودور الشبابيك الإسلامية في ذلك. كما شمل البحث التحديات المحتملة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشبابيك الإسلامية تلعب دورا حيويا في تمويل القطاع الزراعي في المناطق الصحراوية لعزوف المستثمرين عن القروض الربوية، حيث قدمت حلولا مالية مبتكرة تتماشى مع متطلبات الشريعة الإسلامية وتعزز الاستدامة والتنمية المحلية. وعليه تنطلق أهمية هذا البحث على تعزيز دور الشبابيك الإسلامية في تمويل القطاع الزراعي في المناطق الصحراوية، حيث يمكن لهذه الشبابيك أن تسهم في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وتحسين معيشة السكان المحليين، وتعزيز الاستدامة البيئية في تلك المناطق المحورية للاقتصاد الوطني بغية التخلص من التبعية الغذائية للخارج. الكلمات المفتاحية: تمويل إسلامي، تنمية إقتصادية، قطاع الزراعي، مناطق صحراوية، Abstract: This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic windows in financing the agricultural sector in desert areas, by identifying the opportunities and challenges facing this financing method, and providing practical conclusions to enhance this role to achieve sustainable development in these vital areas in the desert of Algeria. In order to achieve this goal, the methodology included a comprehensive analysis of the scientific literature related to financing agriculture in desert areas and the role of Islamic windows in that. The research also included potential challenges. The study found that Islamic windows play a vital role in financing the agricultural sector in desert areas due to investors’ reluctance to take usurious loans, as they provided innovative financial solutions that are in line with the requirements of Islamic Sharia and enhance sustainability and local development. Accordingly, the importance of this research is based on enhancing the role of Islamic windows in financing the agricultural sector in desert areas, as these windows can contribute to achieving food security, improving the livelihood of the local population, and enhancing environmental sustainability in those areas pivotal to the national economy in order to get rid of food dependency on the outside.
