Résumé

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم مختلف الحديث عند ابن بركة وأسبابه، وتوضيح مفهوم الجمع بين الروايات واستنباط طرق الجمع بينها، واستعملت المنهج الاستقرائي لجمع المادة العلمية المتفرقة، والتحليلي لتحليل النصوص، والاستنباطي لاستنباط الطرق والمنهجية التي سار عليها في الجمع بين الروايات، وتوصل الباحث إلى أن الامام ابن بركة من العلماء المتقدمين الذين خاضوا هذا الفن ولهم فيه باع طويل، ومن أوائل من وضح مفهومه وبين مسالكه، وأول من عدد أسباب الخلاف من علماء الإباضية عموما، وأنه استعمل مسالك متعددة في الجمع بين الروايات؛ كالجمع بالتخصيص، والجمع بحمل المفسّر على المجمل وحمل المطلق على المقيد، والجمع بحمل المفسّر على المجمل، والجمع بحمل الأمر على الندب أو الكراهة، والجمع بحمل النهي على الكراهة، وغيرها. Abstract This research aims to explain the concept of different hadiths according to Ibn Baraka and its causes, and to clarify the concept of combining narrations and devise methods for combining them. Imam Ibn Baraka is one of the advanced scholars who delved into this art and has a long history in it, and he was one of the first to clarify its concept and explain its methods, and the first to enumerate the causes of disagreement among Ibadi scholars in general, and that he used multiple methods in combining narratives; Such as plural by specificity, plural by making the interpreter apply to the general, and making the absolute apply to the restricted, plural by making the interpreter apply to the general, plural by making the command to be recommended or disliked, plural by making the prohibition to be disliked, and others.
