مقاصد العبادات بين متطلبات الدرس الأكاديمي ومقتضيات التنمية الشاملة The Purposes Of Worship Between Academic Lesson Requirements And Comprehensive Development Requirements

Résumé

شرع الله تعالى العبادات ومنها الصلاة والزكاة والحج والصيام، ولهذه العبادات مقاصد تنموية فردية واجتماعية، ويهدف البحث إلى إبراز هذه المقاصد التنموية للعبادات الإسلامية وإسهام الدرس الأكاديمي في تحقيق هذه المقاصد، باعتبار أن التعليم الأكاديمي يوفر لطلبة العلم معارف علمية وشرعية تساعدهم على فهم مقاصد العبادات، وتجيب إشكالية هذا البحث عن الأسئلة التالية: ما المقصود بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، والدرس الأكديمي، والتنمية الشاملة ؟ وماهي أهمية مقاصد العبادات في الدرس الأكاديمي؟ وماهي المقاصد التنموية الفردية والاجتماعية للعبادات الإسلامية الأربع الصلاة والزكاة والصيام والحج، وإسهام الدرس الأكاديمي في تحقيق هذه المقاصد ؟ وأسفر هذا البحث عن نتائج وتوصيات من أهمها قيمة استثمار المقاصد في الدرس الفقهي بالاستدلال بها على الأحكام الفقهية، وتكليف الطلبة الباحثين بدراسة مقاصد كل مسألة من مسائل الفقه وأحكامه، ومجموع ذلك يُمكّن من إنشاء موسوعة ضخمة، وإرساء رؤية استراتيجية شاملة لعملية التنمية تضمن عدالة حقيقية بين الجميع دون تمييز. Allah Almighty has established worship, including prayers, zakat, hajj and fasting. These worships have individual and social developmental purposes. The research aims to highlight these developmental purposes of Islamic worship and contribute academic lessons to the achievement of these purposes. Academic education provides students with scientific and legal knowledge to help them understand the purposes of worship. What are the purposes of Islamic Shari 'a, Akdemi lesson and inclusive development? What are the purposes of worship in academic study? What are the individual and social development purposes of the four Islamic worship prayers, zakat, fasting and pilgrimage, and the contribution of the academic lesson to the achievement of these purposes? This research has resulted in findings and recommendations, the most important of which is the value of investing the purposes in the doctrinal study by inferring jurisprudence and entrusting student researchers with the study of the purposes and provisions of each issue of jurisprudence. The sum of this enables the creation of a massive encyclopedia and a comprehensive strategic vision of the development process that ensures genuine justice among all without discrimination.
