انعكاسات ظاهرة التهميش الاجتماعي في الجزائر (الهجرة غير شرعية)

تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة انعكاسات ظاهرة التهميش الاجتماعي ، والتي تعددت المفاهيم لتفسيرها وفهمها من الإقصاء إلى الإستبعاد إلى التهميش الاجتماعي، وتهميش الفرد أو مجموعة أفراد وممكن أن يقصيهم من ممارسة حقوقهم أو استبعادهم من إبداء آرائهم، وهذا ينتج عنه آثار سلبية تنعكس على الفرد والمجتمع. وفي دراستنا تم تسليط الضوء على آليات التعبير عن مواجهة الحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية ومحاولة مقاومتها ويكون الإنسحاب من أهم هاته الطرق والتي تتمثل في الهجرة غير شرعية، حيث أصبحت ظاهرة الهجرة غير شرعية ظاهرة تتصدر الاهتمامات الوطنية والدولية، فهي من بين المتغيرات الرئيسية في تغير حركة السكان بالزيادة أو النقصان، وأصبحت مشكلة من المشاكل الاجتماعية والديموغرافية، وللهجرة غير شرعية عدة أسباب تتعلق بالدول المستقبلة للمهاجرين أو الدول الأصلية، فالأوضاع الاجتماعية البائسة والظروف المعيشية الصعبة للدول الفقيرة كالبطالة وعدم الاستقرار، وبالنسبة للدول المستقبلة بوضعها الامني المستقر ونوفرها على متطلبات الحياة والظروف المعيشية الجيدة، هذا كله شجع على الهجرة غير شرعية، وللحد من هاته الظاهرة سعت الجزائر كغيرها من الدول لتحقيق متطلبات سكانها وتوفير حاجياتهم بما يمنعهم من التفكير إلى الانتقال إلى بلدان أخرى، وأيضا وضعت قوانين للحد من ظاهرة الهجرة غير شرعية، واستهلت دراستنا بالتطرق إلى مفهوم التهميش الاجتماعي ومعرفة مستوياته وأشكاله ، ومعرفة مفهوم الهجرة غير شرعية، ، وأنواعها وأسبابها وآثارها، وكيفية الوقاية منها. Our study aims to know the repercussions of the phenomenon of social marginalization, which has many concepts to explain and understand, from exclusion to exclusion to social marginalization, marginalizing an individual or a group of individuals, which may exclude them from exercising their rights or excluding them from expressing their opinions, and this results in negative effects that are reflected on the individual and society. In our study, light was shed on the mechanisms of expressing confrontation with social, political, economic and cultural life and the attempt to resist it. Withdrawal is one of the most important of these methods, which is represented by illegal immigration, as the phenomenon of illegal immigration has become a phenomenon that is at the forefront of national and international concerns, as it is among the main variables in changing the movement. Population increases or decreases, and it has become a social and demographic problem. Illegal immigration has several reasons related to the countries receiving immigrants or the countries of origin. The miserable social conditions and difficult living conditions of poor countries, such as unemployment and instability, and for the receiving countries their stable security situation and providing them with the requirements of life and good living conditions. All of this encouraged illegal immigration, and to limit this phenomenon, Algeria, like other countries, sought to fulfill the requirements of its population and provide their needs in a way that prevents them from thinking about moving to other countries. It also put in place laws to limit the phenomenon of illegal immigration, and we began our study by addressing the concept of social marginalization. Knowing its levels and forms, knowing the concept of illegal immigration, its types, causes and effects, and how to prevent it.
