سبل تحقيق الامن الغذائي في الجزائر من منظور التجارب الدولية

Résumé

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأمن الغذائي وأهميته بالنسبة للدول، كما نستعرض فيها الاستراتيجيات والآليات التي تركز عليها اليابان لتحقيق أمنها الغذائي، إضافة الى تحليل واقع الامن الغذائي في الجزائر بالتركيز على مكانة القطاع الزراعي في الاقتصاد الجزائري. ولقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن للجزائر إمكانات طبيعية وبشرية ومالية من شأنها أن تمكنها من تحقيق أمنها الغذائي، وذلك باتخاذ العديد من الاجراءات كاستخدام التكنلوجيا الزراعية واعتماد الزراعة العمودية في الصحراء لما لها من خصائص كالمحافظة على المياه والتقليل من استخدام الاسمدة، كما تم الوصول في هذه الدراسة الى ان الجزائر قادرة على تحقيق أمنها الغذائي من خلال وضع استراتيجيات فعالة تتعلق بتمويل ممتهني النشاط الفلاحي بشتى أنواعه بقروض تتلاءم مع نوع النشاط الفلاحي. This study aims to explore food security and its importance for countries. Additionally, it examines the strategies and mechanisms that Japan focuses on to achieve its food security. Furthermore, it analyzes the current state of food security in Algeria, with a particular focus on the role of the agricultural sector in the Algerian economy. The study concluded that Algeria has natural, human and financial capabilities that would enable it to achieve its food security, And by taking many measures such as the use of agricultural technology and the adoption of vertical farming in the desert because of its characteristics such as water conservation and reducing the use of fertilizers, It was also reached in this study that Algeria is able to achieve its food security through the development of effective strategies related to financing agricultural activity professionals of all kinds with loans that are compatible with the type of Farming activity.
