دور دار المقاولاتية في مرافقة الطالب الجامعي لتبني المشروع المقاولاتي- دراسة ميدانية بدار المقاولاتية لجامعة محمد بوضياف –المسيلة نموذجاً.

Résumé

نظرا لأهمية دار المقاولاتية بوصفها أداة لتقليص احتمال فشل المشاريع المقاولاتية، وكذلك أداة لتسريع عمليات الابداع والابتكار في الأعمال الريادية وذلك من خلال مرافقتها وتبنيها للطاقات البشرية القادرة على الاستثمار والعمل والإبداع. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دار المقاولاتية، والدور الذي تقوم به تجاه الطلاب لبناء مشروع مقاولاتي، والاطلاع على مختلف الخدمات التي تشرف عليها هذه الهيئة، كذلك التعرف على المشاريع المقاولاتية، والتطرق إلى موضوع المقاولة والمقاول والطلاب المقاولين، وهذا من خلال طرحنا لإشكالية، وصياغة الفرضيات وطرح الأسئلة، واعتماد المنهج الوصفي وتحديد مجتمع البحث، كذلك الاعتماد على أداة المقابلة من خلال إجراء مقابلات على المسؤولين والمشروفين، وتوزيع استمارات على الطلاب كإطار منهجي، ثم تطرقنا إلى الاطار النظري ، بعدها الجانب الميداني الذي قمنا فيه باختبار الفرضيات، ولقد توصلنا على ان دار المقاولاتية لها دور مهم في مرافقة وتحفيز ودعم حاملي المشاريع المقاولاتية من الطلاب الجامعين في مختلف التخصصات، كما نوصي من خلال هذه الدراسة على ضرورة تضافر الجهود من أجل دعم دار المقاولاتية لكي تؤدي وظيفتها بأكمل وجه. Abstract: Given the importance of the Entrepreneurship House as a tool for reducing the possibility of failure of entrepreneurial projects, as well as a tool for accelerating the processes of creativity and innovation in entrepreneurial work, by accompanying and adopting human energies capable of investment, work and creativity. this study aims to get to know the contracting house, and the role it plays towards students to build a contracting project, and to learn about the various services supervised by this body, as well as to learn about contracting projects, and to address the topic of contracting, the contractor, and the student contractors, and this is through We presented a problem, formulated hypotheses and asked questions, adopted the descriptive approach and identified the research community, as well as relied on the interview tool by conducting interviews with officials and supervisors, and distributing questionnaires to students as a methodological framework, then we touched on the theoretical framework, then the field aspect in which we tested the hypotheses, We have concluded that the Maqwalatiyah House has an important role in accompanying, motivating and supporting the holders of entrepreneurial projects from university students in various specializations, and we also recommend through this study on The necessity of concerted efforts to support the Entrepreneurship House so that it can perform its function to the fullest extent. Résumé : Compte tenu de l'importance de la Maison de l'Entrepreneuriat comme outil pour réduire les risques d'échec des projets entrepreneuriaux, ainsi que comme outil pour accélérer les processus de créativité et d'innovation dans le travail entrepreneurial, en accompagnant et en adoptant des énergies humaines capables d'investissement, de travail et de créativité. cette étude vise à connaître la maison de maîtrise d'ouvrage, et le rôle qu'elle joue auprès des étudiants pour construire un projet de maîtrise d'ouvrage, et à connaître les différents services encadrés par cet organisme, ainsi qu'à se renseigner sur les projets de maîtrise d'ouvrage, et pour aborder le sujet de la passation de marchés, de l'entrepreneur et des étudiants entrepreneurs, et ce à travers Nous avons présenté une problématique, formulé des hypothèses et posé des questions, adopté l'approche descriptive et identifié la communauté de recherche, ainsi que nous sommes appuyés sur l'outil d'entretien en menant entretiens avec des responsables et des encadrants, et distribution de questionnaires aux étudiants comme cadre méthodologique, puis nous avons abordé le cadre théorique, puis l'aspect terrain dans lequel nous avons testé les hypothèses, Nous avons conclu que la Maison de l'Entrepreneuriat a un rôle important d'accompagnement, de motivation et l'accompagnement des porteurs de projets d'entreprise d'étudiants universitaires dans diverses spécialisations. Cette étude a également recommandé la nécessité d'efforts concertés pour soutenir la Maison de l'Entrepreneuriat afin qu'elle puisse remplir pleinement sa fonction.
