This understanding is not possible without extrapolating history and dealing with the stimulation of intellectuals, scholars, and authority-holders, by adopting statistics, analysis, and gathering and considering the statements of intellectuals in order to communicate the right position on the issues and returning the book to its true place, which must remain, which is neutrality with right and truth and the communication of correct information, views and brilliant ideas that achieve the security of societies and their living in freedom and peace within the circle of truth, science, and moderation in the issues of societies without bias or exaggeration or transgression of the laws, religions, and freedoms as stipulated in all religions and international laws . الملخص: الكتاب يحمل في طياته الإرث الإنساني من الرسالات إلى الأخبار والعلوم والفنون لهذا وجب فهم السلطة التي يمتلكها والقوة التي تفرصها الحقائق العلمية التي يصرح بها، ولا يكون هذا الفهم متاحا دون إستقراء التاريخ والتعامل على حضي به من الفكرين والدارسين وأصحاب السلطة وباعتماد الإحصاء والتحليل وتجميع أقوال المفكرين والنظر فيها لتوصيل الموقف السليم حيال القضايا وإرجاع الكتاب لمكانته الحقيقية التي يجب أن يبقى فيها وهي الحياد مع الصواب والحقيقة وتوصيل المعلومات الصحيحة والآراء والأفكار اللامعة المحققة لأمن المجتمعات وعيشهم في حرية وسلام داخل دائرة الحقيقة والعلم والإعتدال في قضايا المجتمعات دون تحيز أو غلو أو تجاوز للشرائع والأديان والحريات كما تنص عليه كل الأديان والشرائع والقوانين الدولية .
