دور المشرف في تحقيق جودة مذكرة التخرج

Résumé

انتقلت المؤسسات التعلمية إلى مرحلة متميزة في المجال البحثي، حيث صار باحثوها مطالبين بإنجاز بحوث هادفة تجد حلولا لمشاكل الأمة منها: الاقتصادية والقانونية... فصارت مسألة انجاز مذكرات تخرج ذات جودة أحد المطالب ضمن مساعي التثمين وتحقيق البحوث المستدامة. لكن الوصول إلى هذه الأهداف يتطلب أيضا وجود عملية اشراف فعاّلة يقوم بها المشرف الأكاديمي في إطار منظومة قانونية كأحد مفاتيح تحقيق الجودة. هذا ما تم بحثه في هذه الورقة البحثية والتي تبيّن فيها أن القواعد القانونية والتنظيمية التي تنظم عملية الاشراف في الجزائر يعاب عليها الغموض وبعض النقائص. كلمات مفتاحية: مذكرة تخرج، مشرف، الجودة في المذكرة. Educational institutions are experiencing a special phase in the research field, as their researchers are required to complete purposeful research that finds solutions to the nation’s problems, including: economic and legal... So the issue of completing high-quality graduation thesis has become one of the demands within the efforts to value and achieve sustainable research. However, achieving these purposes also requires the presence of an effective supervision process carried out by the academic supervisor within the framework of a legal system as one of the keys to achieving quality. This is what was examined in this research paper, in which it was shown that the legal and regulatory system that regulates the supervision process in Algeria maligned from ambiguity and some shortcomings.
