Résumé
الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال السياسي ، حيث أصبح توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي جزءًا لا يتجزأ في العديد من مجالات الحياة ، بما في ذلك عالم السياسة ، وذلك من خلال محاكاة الذكاء البشري والاستفادة منه ، و نظراً للتغيرات التي تحدث في النظام العالمي نتيجة التنافس بين الدول في العلاقات الدولية ، جاءت هذه الدراسة ونتائجها لتوضيح مواقف صانعي القرار السياسي في الدولة واستخدامهم لتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي ، استناداً إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي التاريخي ، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة حاجة الدول إلى دعم تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي ، وتنظيم استخدامه ، وتكييفه مع الأخلاقيات المناسبة للإنسانية ، وخلق البيئة المناسبة لتحقيق افضل النتائج ، وفي الوقت نفسه ، بما في ذلك سن التشريعات المتعلقة بالاستخدامات المختلفة لتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاصطناعي، صنع القرار، السياسة، الدبلوماسية، العلاقات الدولية Abstract: This study aims to identify the uses of artificial intelligence in the political field, where the employment of artificial intelligence has become an integral part in many areas of life, including the world of politics, by simulating and benefiting from human intelligence, and given the changes that occur in the global system As a result of competition between countries in international relations, this study and its results came to clarify the positions of political decision-makers in the country and their use of artificial intelligence technology, based on the historical analytical descriptive approach, and one of the most important results of the study is the need for countries to support the development of artificial intelligence, regulate its use, and adapt it with appropriate ethics For humanity, and create the right environment to achieve the best. The results, meanwhile, including the enactment of legislation related to the various uses of artificial intelligence technology.
