ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى تأثير معدل التضخم على رصيد الميزانية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2021)، وذلك باستخدام طرق كمية قياسية لتحديد علاقة التوازنية في الأجل القصير و الطويل، ونظرا لأهمية ودور الموازنة العامة في رسم السياسة المالية المستقبلية للحكومة ارتأينا ربطها مع معدل التضخم لتبيان مدى ضغط معدلات هدا الأخير لإحداث التقلبات التي تحدث في رصيد ميزانية العامة في الجزائر والذي أخذناه كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، بعد فحص الإستقرارية تبين أن السلسلتين مستقرتين عند الفرق الأول أي متكاملتين من الدرجة الأولى، وبين اختبار جوهانسن أن هناك متجه واحد للتكامل المشترك، وهذا ما سمح لنا بتطبيق نموذج تصحيح الخطأ ECM، وتثبت الدراسة وجود علاقة قصيرة و طويلة المدى لتأثير معدل التضخم على رصيد الميزانية. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of the inflation rate on the General budget Account in Algeria during the period (2000-2021), using standard quantitative methods to determine the equilibrium relationship in the short and long term, and given the importance and role of the General budget in drawing the future financial policy of the government, we decided to link it with the inflation rate to show the extent of the pressure of the latter's rates to cause fluctuations that occur in the balance of the general budget in Algeria, which we took as a percentage of GDP, after examining the stability, it was found that the two series are stable at the first difference, and Johansen's test showed that there is one vector for cointegration, and this is what It allowed us to apply the ECM and the study proves that there is a short and long-term relationship of the impact of the inflation rate on the General budget Account.
