مساهمة رأس المال المعرفي للجامعة في توجيه الطالب نحو إنشاء مؤسسة ناشئة رقمية

Résumé

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقات التأثيرية لرأس المال المعرفي بجامعة بسكرة على نية الطلبة في إنشاء مؤسسة ناشئة رقمية،استعانت الدراسة الإحصائية على إستبيان إلكتروني لجمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية مكونة من 83 مفردة من طلبة جامعة بسكرة، وتم تحليل الدراسة ببرنامج smart pls3للنمذجة البنائية، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة تأثيرية بين رأس المال الهيكلي والإجتماعي، بينما لاتوجد علاقة تاثيرية بين رأس المال البشري للجامعة ونية إنشاء مؤسسة ناشئة رقمية وفق إستجابات المبحوثين. The study aims to identify the impact relationships of knowledge capital at The University of Biskra on the student’s intention to create a digital startup, the statistical study used an electronic questionnaire to collect data from a random sample of 83 students of the University of Biskra, and the study was analyzed by the smart pls3 program for structural modeling, the study found that there is an positif impact between structural and social capital, while there is no impact relationship between the human capital of the university and the student’s intention to create a digital startup in accordance with the responses of the researchers.
