Résumé

قامت هذه الدراسة باستعراض مدى كفاءة مدراء الموارد البشرية في مواجهة أزمة فيروس كوفيد19 والذي يعتبر من أهم الأزمات التي عرفها العالم المعاصر حيث لاشك أن فيروس كورونا المستجد يشكل أكبر التحديات أمام مدراء الموارد البشرية،والأمر الأكثر أهمية هو تطوير أقسام الموارد البشرية الآن لترقى إلى مستوى التحدي ،حيث يجب عليها لعب دور أساسي في مساعدة الأقسام الأخرى خلال هذه الأزمة من خلال العمل على الأولويات الرئيسية للأشخاص ، تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم أمثلة عن تجارب بعض مدراء الشركات العالمية من أجل مواجهة أزمة كوفيد 19 مثل شركة بوسطن الاستشارية،شركة ابل،شركة فولسفاجن وأخيرا شركة أمازون. This study reviewed the efficiency of human resource managers in facing the crisis of the Covid 19 virus, which is considered one of the most important crises in the contemporary world, as the new Corona virus poses the greatest challenges for human resource managers, and the most important thing is the development of human resources departments now to rise to the level of challenge , where it must play a key role in helping other departments during this crisis by working on the main priorities of people.
