إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية والأزمات الصحية وفقا للمواصفة القياسية الدولية الإيزو 45001 في مجمع شركات حسناوي

Résumé

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع تبني مجمع شركات حسناوي للمعيار الدولي الجديد Iso 45001 الخاص بنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على أهم الأدوات والأساليب المستخدمة من طرف المجمع في هذا المجال إضافة إلى الخلايا المفَعَلة في مختلف شركات المجمع كخلية اليقظة الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة المهنية لحماية العاملين وكذا خلية أزمة الخاصة بمنع انتشار فيروس كورونا، مع التطرق إلى الإجراءات والتدابير المعتمدة من طرف المجمع لإدارة الأزمة الصحية لفيروس كورونا وكذا الجهود المبذولة من طرف هذا المجمع في ولاية سيدي بلعباس والولايات المجاورة (معسكر ووهران) لمحاربة الوباء تحت شعار : "الصحة أولا وقبل كل شيء" وضمان الحفاظ على مستوى الإنتاج وديناميكية الاستثمار لتلبية مطالب السوق الوطنية من مختلف المواد والخدمات رغم الصعوبات العديدة التي يواجهها المجمع منذ بداية سنة 2020. The objective of this study is to shed light on the adoption of the new international standard ISO 45001 concerning the occupational health and safety management system in the Hasnaoui Group. Focusing on the most important tools and methods applied in this group. As well as, examining the active units, such as the Vigilance Unit for Occupational Health and Safety to protect individuals, and the Crisis Unit to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. On the other hand, analyzing the procedures and measures adopted by the group to manage the health crisis of the same virus. The study also evaluates the group’s efforts in the city of Sidi Bel Abbes and neighboring cities (Mascara and Oran) to protect against the epidemic under the following slogan: «Health comes first». Therefore, these procedures and efforts allow the group to control well the risks at work and maintain the level of production and investment dynamics in order to meet the demands of the national market despite the risks surrounding this industry.
