أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على الاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد 19)

Résumé

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على التداعيات والآثار التي خلفتها تقلبات أسعار النفط على الاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل أزمة فيروس كورونا (كوفيد 19)، حيث كان لهذه الأخيرة انعكاسات كثيرة خاصة على الميزانية والميزان التجاري وكذلك التجارة الخارجية. لقد خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج من أبرزها تراجع المداخيل النفطية وتحقيق عجز موازني وتراجع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي، ويبقى الحل الأول والأخير يكمن في تقليل الاعتماد على المورد الوحيد لعدم القدرة على التحكم في أسعاره في السوق الدولية وتعرضه للعوامل الخارجية، والانتقال إلى مرحلة تمتين القاعدة الصناعية والزراعية وخلق قاعدة إنتاجية، وهذا يسمح ببناء اقتصاد وطني سليم يتجه نحو الاكتفاء الذاتي في أكثر من قطاع. This study aims to focus on the repercussions and effects of oil price fluctuations on the Algerian economy in light of the Corona Virus (Covid 19) crisis, this later had many repercussions, especially on the budget and trade balance as well as foreign trade. The study concluded many results , most notably the decline in oil revenues, the achievement of a budget deficit and the decline in economic growth rates, the first and last solution remains to reduce dependence on the only resource, due to the inability to control its prices in the international market and its exposure to external factors, and the transition to the stage of adopting the industrial and agricultural base, and this allows building a healthy national economy that is heading towards self-sufficiency in more than one sector.
