إستهدف البحث واقع تبني نظم إدارة الجودة إيزو 9000 والحصول على شهادة المطابقة في المؤسسات الجزائرية،وما يفرضه ذلك من تحديات ورهانات، وذلك بالتطرق إلى مراحل تأهيلها لتطبيق نظم إدارة الجودة إيزو 9000 وأهميتها في التطوير والتحسين المستمر في الآداء، وقد اثبتت الدراسة أن تطبيق نظم إدارة الجودة إيزو 9000 كفيلة بتحسين الجودة وتعمل على خلق نوع من الإنسجام في مستوى آداء المؤسسة ،حيث يتم التخفيض من الإسراف في إمكانيات المؤسسة من حيث الموارد ووقت العاملين، كما أنها تساهم في تمكين المؤسسة من الكشف عن المشاكل التي تواجهها وعلاجها من خلال الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية بمنع حدوثها مستقبلا، ويمكن جميع عمال المؤسسة من المشاركة الفعالة في إدارة المؤسسة، كما أن شهادة المطابقة وفقا للإيزو 9000 تعطي الثقة والضمان للعملاء في نظم جودة تلك المؤسسات، وتعد ميزة تنافسية تساهم في حصول المؤسسة على حصص سوقية وبالتالي زيادة الربحية. The research targeted the reality of adopting ISO9000 quality management systems and obtaining a certificate of conformity in Algerian institutions, and the challenges and stakes this poses, by addressing the stages of their qualification for the application of ISO9000 quality management systems and their importance in development and continuous improvement in performance.Quality ISO9000 is enough to improve quality and works to create a kind of harmony in the performance level of the institution, where waste is reduced in the capabilities of the institution in terms of resources and staff time, and it also contributes to enabling the institution to detect the problems it faces and treat them through corrective and preventive measures by preventing Its occurrence in the future, and enables all the workers of the institution to participate effectively in the management of the institution, and the certificate of conformity in accordance with ISO9000 gives confidence and assurance to customers in the quality systems of these institutions, and is a competitive advantage that contributes to the institution obtaining market shares and thus increasing profitability
