المجتمع المدني في الوطن العربي من إشكالية تحديد المفهوم إلى معوقات خصوصيات المجتمعات العربية

الملخص: بالرغم ما عرفه المجتمع المدني من تسويق واستعمال متعدد على امتداد السنوات الأخيرة إلّا أن جذور مفهوم المجتمع المدني أو المجتمع المدني كمفهوم له امتداد تاريخي إذ نجد الاهتمام والتفكير في المجتمع المدني يمتد إلى الحضارة اليونانية، وان كانت الدلالات والمعاني التي أعطيت للمفهوم تختلف من مرحلة لأخرى ومن بيئة لأخرى، كما أن مفهوم المجتمع المدني ارتبط كذلك بما تعيشه أو تعرفه وما عرفته المجتمعات إلى يومنا هذا من جوانب مختلفة في سيرورتها من الناحية السياسية والاقتصادية ... إلخ، لقد أعطيت للمفهوم معاني ودلالات مختلفة عبر المراحل التاريخية المختلفة وان كانت لكل مرحلة مساهمة في بلورة هذا المفهوم من خلال الفلاسفة والمفكرين الذين حاولوا إعطاء معاني للمفهوم وكذلك تحديد وظيفته أين نجد الانطلاقة من التصور الفلسفي لأفلاطون للمجتمع المدني ثم أرسطو وصولا إلى القرون الوسطى ومحاولة الجماعات المسيحية أن تفرض نظرتها فيما تعلق بأحوال البشرية إلى جانب إسهامات منظري العقد الاجتماعي كذلك بعدها في نظرتهم للمجتمع في انتقاله من الحالة الطبيعية أو مرحلة ما قبل المجتمع إلى الحالة المدنية السياسية أو ما يسمونه مرحله المجتمع الذي أساسه التعاقد، كما أعطي لهذا المفهوم معنى خاص في الفكرة الليبرالي والماركسي وكذلك في الفكر العربي. Abscrat: Despite what civil society has known of marketing and multiple use over recent years, however, the roots of the concept of civil society or civil society as a concept has a historical extension, as we find interest and thinking in civil society extending to the Greek civilization, Although the connotations and meanings given to the concept differ from one stage to another and from one environment to another, The concept of civil society is also linked to what they live or know and what societies have known to this day in terms of different aspects in their political and economic process...etc. The concept has been given different meanings and connotations through the different historical stages, although each stage had a contribution to the crystallization of this concept through philosophers and thinkers. Thosewhotried to givemeanings to the concept as well as defineitsfunction. Where do wefind the startfromPlato’sphilosophical conception of civil society, thenAristotle, all the way to the Middle Ages, and the Christian groups’ attempt to impose theirview on human conditions, in addition to the contributions of social contracttheorists as well as later in theirview of society, In his transition from the natural state or the pre-society stage, to the civil-political state or whatthey call the stage of society based on contract, this concept wasalsogiven a specialmeaning in the liberal and Marxistidea as well as in Arabthought.
