اقتصاد العبقرية؛ بحث في تصريف ذكاء الشعوب.

Résumé
لطالما بحثنا عن سر تقدم أمم وتخلف أمم أخرى، وكم من إجابة قدمت في سياقات محلية وعالمية! بل هناك أدب غزير في هذا الشأن. لذا تبين لنا أنه بإمكان إعادة بحث هذه المعضلة الحضارية والعمرانية من خلال الاستعانة بمختلف المفكرين الذين اشتغلوا حول هذه المسألة. ومن أجل عدم السقوط في منظورية واحدية ضيقة، استعننا بأكبر عدد من الفلاسفة اختلافا من أجل الكشف عن سر عبقرية الأمم، والكيفية المثلى لتصريف ذكاء الأفراد وتركيب ذكاء جمعي مُنافس. لذا جاءت إشكالية البحث على الصيغة التالية: كيف يمكن لنا تصريف ذكاء الشعوب العربية ؟ ما هي الفلسفة المثلى التي تسعفنا لبلوغ مرحلة نقتصد فيها الذكاء المهدور ؟ لذا فإن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن نظرية فلسفية قائمة على حتمية تأسيس تفكير خارج نموذج النجازية الحضارية، وهو النموذج الذي تأطرت فيه معظم العقول حتى اليوم. الكلمات المفتاحية: العبقرية، عقلانية النجازة، الحداثة، الحداثة الذكية، اقتصاد الذكاء. We have always sought the secret of the progress of nations and the backwardness of others, and how many answers have been presented in local and global contexts! There is even an abundant literature on this subject. It therefore became evident to us that it is possible to re-examine this civilizational and urban dilemma by appealing to the various thinkers who have worked on this question. In order not to fall into a single and narrow perspective, we have sought the help of as many different thinkers as possible to reveal the secret of the genius of nations, and the best way to unload the intelligence of individuals and build a competing collective intelligence. Therefore, the research problem has presented itself in the following form: How can we fulfill the intelligence of the Arab peoples? What is the ideal philosophy that allows us to reach a stage where we can save wasted intelligence? Therefore, the aim of this study is to uncover a philosophical theory based on the inevitability of establishing thinking outside the model of civilizational achievement, which is the model that most minds have framed until today.
