Résumé

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تطوير وظيفة إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات، حيث تم تحليل و تقييم دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات و أبعادها في تطوير أنشطة و وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي، وباستخدام الاستبيان الذي استهدف عينة تتكون من101عاملا بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ببشار، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات لها دور فعّال و مهّم في تطوير إدارة الموارد البشرية و الرّفع من أداء الأفراد والمؤسسات. This research aims to highlight the role of information technology in the development of human resources management function in algerian enterprises, Where it was analysis and evaluation The role of information technology and its dimensions in developing the activities and functions of human resources management through relying on the descriptive analytical approach, and using the questionnaire, which targeted a sample of 101 employees in the Algerian Telecom Corporation in Béchar, the study found that information technology has an active and important role in the development of human resources management and increase the performance of individuals and institutions.
