Abstract: This study explores the role of Quality of Work Life (QWL) in promoting sustainable development within organizations. It underscores the importance of integrating QWL into strategic planning, with an emphasis on fairness, inclusivity, and flexibility in work arrangements. The study recommends adopting green human resource management practices, fostering lifelong learning and training, and viewing employees as agents of change. By cultivating supportive, participatory, and future-oriented work environments, organizations can enhance employee well-being while contributing to long-term social and environmental goals.
