Abstract
The topic of the role of professional ethics and governance in improving business organizations' performance is of great importance due to its significant impact on both individuals and society. Organizations are accountable not only to society but also to their human resources. This responsibility goes beyond the economic dimension to encompass ethical, social, human, and cognitive aspects, especially in light of the requirements of globalization and technological and scientific advancements. On the other hand, governance and business ethics are considered among the most important sources of success and sustainability for organizations of all types. They are essential tools for achieving community development in economic, social, political, and service-related aspects, thereby granting competitive advantages through improving organizational performance.
