annual, free and Open-access journal. IKJID is published by Ksar-Chellala Annex –
university of Ibn Khaldoun Tiaret, the journal focuses on the following topics: economics,
busniss, marketing. organizational behavior and human resources management and
accounting Striving to identify and publish original theoretical and empirical research articles
of high scientific quality,
The journal publishes two issues annually, in April and October, and is committed
to promoting research quality, openness, and integrity, without charging any article
processing charges (APCs) or publication fees at any stage.

Double-Blind Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the journal are subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review
process to ensure academic excellence, objectivity, and integrity. The peer review process
follows these detailed steps:

Editorial and Ethical Policy
The publication process at IKJID follows a transparent and rigorous editorial procedure to
ensure quality, academic integrity, and ethical compliance. Below are the key stages:
1. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts via the ASJP online platform after ensuring they meet the
journal's formatting and thematic guidelines.
2. Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial board performs a preliminary review to assess:
Scope and thematic relevance
Formatting and language quality
Originality and plagiarism (checked via detection software)
Submissions that do not meet these criteria are desk-rejected.
3. Assignment to a Section Editor
If the manuscript passes the initial screening, it is assigned to a section editor who handles
the peer review coordination.
4. Double-Blind Peer Review
The manuscript is sent to two independent expert reviewers, selected based on subject
relevance. The identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure objectivity.
Each reviewer evaluates:
Scientific originality
Methodological soundness
Relevance and contribution to the field
Quality of presentation
5. Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editorial board may decide to:
Accept the manuscript as is
Request minor or major revisions
Reject the manuscript
6. Author Revisions (if applicable)
The author is given a deadline to respond to reviewers' comments and submit a revised
version. The revised manuscript may be re-evaluated by the same or new reviewers.
7. Final Acceptance
Once approved, the manuscript moves to the production stage.
8. Copyediting and Proofreading
The accepted paper is formatted, proofread, and finalized for publication.
9. Online Publication
The final version is published in the corresponding April or October issue, and becomes
immediately available online under a Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
